Yesterday I started as guest lecturer at UCL’s MSc in Drug Design. In the first part of the lecture, I talked about the role of Virtual Screening in Drug Design. The rest of the lecture reviewed my research in this area, both in terms of the development of methods and their prospective applications. This is of course a small part of the research in this area, but it provides the student with examples of the goals, challenges and practicalities of Virtual Screening. The slides for this lecture can be found here.
